The Story.  Driving along a winding road through the Victorian Alps, I crossed over a small stream and out of the corner of my eye I caught a glimpse of a unusually perched tree in the middle of the stream in full autumn color.

Intrigued, I pulled over and found this spectacular scene only a few metres from the road.  What is unusual about this is Australia have only one native deciduous tree that is found mostly in Tasmania, and deep into this high country of this National Park, it was unexpected to find this.  As a side note to this scene, I returned many years later to discover that the tree was gone.  I guess a flash flood probably washed the tree from its precarious location.  The only thing remaining was a tangled mess a dead river litter piled up on the rocky outcrop.

This Fine Art Print is printed on the exceptional Canson Infinity Rag Photographique Paper which has a smooth surfaced and a paper weight of 310 GSM providing stability and support. The print includes a white border on all edges to enhance the mounting and visual appearance.

This Limited Edition Artwork is set to a limit of a total of 100 fine art print reproductions (of any size) and 10 Artist Proofs. Once this limit is reached the negative/file is retired from being printed as a fine art piece.
